Not sure what’s taking so long with this update. Here is a reply I received February 8 when I emailed expressing frustration over the website performance:
Hi Richard,
Thanks for writing in — and I really appreciate you being direct about your experience.
You’re absolutely right to expect a faster, smoother platform.
The good news is that we’re already in the midst of transferring Jazz Piano School to an entirely new platform specifically to eliminate the kinds of performance issues you’re describing.
The current slowness is one of the main reasons we’re making this move.
We know this has been frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work through this transition. The goal is a much more responsive, reliable experience across the board.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback — it’s heard and very much being acted on.
