Lesson Plan:

Topic: Bebop Improv + Rhythm

Step #1: Play “WITTCL” using LH 7th chords and shell voicings.
Step #2: Practice adding melodic minor modes into the minor 251 improvisation. G minor (Bb melodic minor), C7 (Db melodic minor), Fminmaj7 (F melodic minor)
Step #3: Play 2+ choruses of solo in a bebop style using these additional elements.
