Step #1 – Take rootless voicings 2-5-1’s and add b9 natural 13 to all dominant chords through progression
Step #2 – Do the same for b9 and b13
TOPIC #2 - Improv
Step #3 – Minor 7th Skips 1357, 3579,57911,791113 8th notes
Step #4 – Improvise over 2-5-1 combining skip approaches into scalar motion. Use bebop approaches to connect chords.
Step #5 – Try over pentup house.
TOPIC #3 - Everything Happens
Step #6 – 4 to 5 note voicings in RH every harmonization. Take slowly without time then add metronome at about 55bpm. WIDE SPREADS in RH
