Voicing Exercises

#1 – Setup #2 – Two Hand Drop 2 voicings through Circle of 4ths. 1 & 7 RH rootless voicing now with b9 over the dominant 7th.
#2 – Setup #2 – Two Hand Drop 2 voicing through circle of 4ths over variation with b9 over dominant chord.
#3 – Drop 2 isolation Minors, dominants and major Lh 1&7, RH 3 plus rootless
#4 – Drop 2 isolation, Minors, Dominants and Majors, LH 1&10 RH 7 plus rootless

Tune Integration

#5 – Comp using setup #1 and #2 over All The Things You Are and I Should Care at 120bpm.
#6 – Integrate b9 voicings into tunes as best you can.
#7 – Integrate tritone
#8 – Utilize musicality. Long holds, or more space for now. Think dynamics too!
