Improvisation
#1 – LH shells ISOLATED – Major, minor, dominant
#2 – LH Rootless voicings – Isolated – Major, Minor, Dominant
#3 – Modern improv – use C pentatonic to solo with over a Cmaj7th chord.
#4 – Use C major scale to solo over 2-5-1 in the key of C with NO bebop or blues notes.
#5 – Take Green Dolphin Street and improvise through. Take times through RH alone with Ireal pro. Try to hit chord tones on down beats and think more rhymically rather than about notes. Keep things simple!
