Improv specialty course feedback
Much goodness, but could be better by attaching lead sheets to these two sections:
1. “Analyzing Harmonies” has no lead sheet attachment for the example of “Just Friends”. Generally not a problem, since lots of tunes are in the “Real Book”, but this tune isn’t available there. Nor can I find it by searching this site.
2. “Analyzing Tunes” section: the “Autumn Leaves” analysis example is in the key of Bb, similar situation as above: the lead sheet is not available on JPS (this site). The “Real Book” lead sheet is in the key of G. Yes, we can still apply the concepts of analyzing tunes to the “Real Book” version, but it’d be better to follow the JPS video with a lead sheet that matches the video.
